• We are providing our second/holiday home - Indian Summer, as a short stay home from home, for your stay in the Cotswolds.

• Indian Summer is a our home in the Cotswolds and we have some basic house rules that we would appreciate if you followed:

  • No smoking in the property but you can smoke on the decking.

  • Sorry we do not accept pets

• Please see the following section for detailed Useful information about staying at Lower Mill Estate. LME ask that all guests read a code of conduct when booking and should be aware of the environment at Lower Mill.

• Visitors are expected to conform to the Lower Mill Estate rules - particularly around noise. There are wardens at the estate and any contravention of certain rules will lead to the holiday being terminated early with no refund of payment.

• Please note the following Lower Mill Estate rules:

  • No Fireworks or Lanterns

  • No single-sex booking from groups larger than 6

  • No external amplified music

  • Restricted internal amplified noise after 11pm
